▪ WARNING: YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL OF THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY PURCHASING AN ADOPTABLE/DESIGN FROM PURPUROZEN▪ Our adoptables are for personal or commercial use (this last use with an additional fee).▪ Commercial use fees are specified in payment section.▪ You must credit us if you are going to use our design on any social media.▪ Complicated designs have an additional cost (for customs).▪ We can decline a request if we don't feel comfortable with it.▪ If many rules are violated, we reserve the rights to revoke your ownership rights to the designs.

✦Payment✦
▪ We only accept PayPal (USD).▪ You must pay within 24 hours after your offer is accepted.▪ The payment is in advance (100% of payment) This means, we will send you the adopt unwatermarked file after you pay through a payment format.▪ After accepting your bid, We will need your PayPal email to send you a payment format. Only once paid and confirmed, We will send you the adopt file.▪ In some cases you will need to send the payment to two different PayPal accounts.▪ We accept serious buyers only, We do not accept refunds in any case.▪ Regarding commercial use: If the design is going to be used for streaming / to sell merch or anything of the sort, it will have an additional cost equal to the price of the commission.Ex: original price 50 usd + 50 usd extra fee = 100 usd final price▪ About request creator credits: the creator credits belongs to Purpurozen until the buyer decides to pay to claim them. The base price starts from 100 usd+ and it can increase depending on the price of the design selected.

We must be informed in any of these cases
✦ The resell price must be lower than the original price
✦ A traded adoptable has no more monetary value, but it's only allow to trade among people that only have designs of PurpuRozen.
✦Bidding✦
✦ The duration of the auction will be indicated in the post (sometimes 48 hours and other times 24 hours) after the end of the auction the highest offer will be accepted
✦ You need to reply to the highest bidder.
✦ If you are autobuying, reply to the highest bidder.
✦ Editing or backing out of bids without notifying us is not allowed and you may be put on watch/blacklisted.
✦ Wrongly placed or confusing bids will be ignored
✦ CUSTOM DESIGNS ✦
✦ Includes:- Full body ( front and back view)
- Color palette
- Shaded and flat color version✦ Extra (with an additional cost):
- Extra version of the front or back fullbody (for example: the character with alternative clothing) -> 30 usd - 45 usd
- Chibi / expressions (headshot) -> 55 usd each
* 3 extras at most
If you have a Clear idea
This means that you have to know what you would like in specific for your character, having in mind things like:- Clothes (with reference image)
- Color palette ( with reference image or hex code)
- Accesories and details (with reference image)
- Character characteristics: Eyes shape, hairstyle, skin features, Gender, Age and heightExample:
You don't have to be that specific, but if you want the character to be exactly how you imagine it, then you better be as specific as the example above.But you can also skip all the previous steps and just send us a drawn sketch of your character as you imagine it and let us replicate your idea :D

✦ If you don't have a Clear idea:
This means that you don't know what you would like in specific for your character and you would like to leave the creation of the design completely to us, anyway you still have to tell us your main and thematic idea for the character so we can make the design based on that idea- For example: I would like my character to look like a school student teenager, i also like characters that are like "the cool guy of the school" a very handsome boy, and i really love pink so if the main color for his palette is pink, it would be great! i like simple desings so is not neccesary to add so much detail, just add details or accesories that are necessary to complete the vibe of the character :)Example:
